I don’t like giving only a two star review (so in upgraded it to three stars)  because they did what was said on the tin… but this company really lacks any kind of organisation. They won’t give any indication of when the skip will arrive until just a few minutes before it actually arrives. And we waited a week for them to take it away after telling them it was ready to collect. They called us to tell us there was a BT van parked in the way to collect it so i asked the BT man to move his van for a minute only for them to dissapear. We then called them back and they said they’d be back later on in the day! There was no respect for other trades people’sv time. Perhaps I’m being over critical but it was just hard work! The plus side was rust every one of the girls that i spoke to in the phone were polite and i felt tried to help, but somewhere along the line this company really lacks organisation that probably needs addressing. One last thing, The skip they provided was not safe, The bottom of it was completely corroded and the steel was just peeling off. Excellent service and faster than Amazon Prime! Called for a skip on the Friday before Bank Holiday weekend not expecting to be able to get a skip, and to my surprise the skip was on the drive 2 hours later! Filled it over the weekend, and collected very promptly the other side. Office staff extremely polite, professional & informative. Would 1000% recommend. Contacted skip hire on Monday afternoon, arrived as arranged this morning( Thursday ) . Given a morning time slot, called to say they were 20mins away.  Driver polite and professional.  Used 30min drop and go so skip was filled and gone in that time. Lady answering call and calling us was clear about what would happen , sent emails straight away confirming details.

As a construction company we would not recommend anyone else but budget skips for skip hire! Very professional efficient and always deliver on time right from when you call the office to book the skip to when the driver delivers it they can’t do enough for you!
Highly highly recommend this company so thank you the team at Budget Waste Management 👍
